La grande particularité de la Formation Expert RSE Concevoir et déployer une démarche RSE pilotée par l’approche processus par rapport aux formations RSE habituelles est bien de s’appuyer sur une démarche processus inspirée des démarches de management ISO. C’est ainsi que nous proposons de prendre en compte le contexte réel de l’entreprise, ses enjeux et opportunités, ses risques, ses contraintes ainsi que les ressources humaines sur lesquelles s’appuyer pour garantir un aboutissement et une tenue dans le temps de la démarche RSE.
Les compétences visées couvrent toutes les connaissances et savoirs (savoirs, savoir-faire et savoir-être) d’un consultant externe, et ce afin de disposer, à l’issue de la formation, d’un chef de projet totalement autonome.
